I grew up primarily in the Metro Detroit area. I did, however, spend a small portion of my childhood in San Jose, California. I graduated from Michigan State University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting. I spent the next four years working in public accounting. I am a Certified Public Accountant and I am currently a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
I joined National Food Group in August of 2000 as the controller. I later took on the responsibilities of the Chief Financial Officer. I handle all of the accounting functions and special projects for the company. I continue to feel lucky each day that I made the decision to join the National Food Group team. It is a great place to work for and there are great people to work with.
I spend my free time with my wife, Julie, playing sports and attending Michigan State University football games. Go State!
